In Kigali, Imanzi Business Institute (IBI), with the support of ADA, is conducting a one day validation workshop to review the draft Training Needs Assessment (TNA) report for MSMEs. The session brought together key stakeholders to assess and confirm the identified training gaps and priorities. Participants provided feedback on the findings, discussed sector-specific skill needs, and validated the proposed capacity-building areas, including technical, digital, financial, and managerial skills. The workshop ensured that the final TNA report reflects the real needs of MSMEs and will support the design of relevant and impactful training programs.
