The third NDC Capacity Development training in Rwanda’s Western Province, supported by GIZ Rwanda, launched with an opening address by Mr. Ernest Nkurunziza, Chairman of the Private Sector Federation (PSF) in the Western Province. This session convened 28 youth and women from micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), focusing on equipping them with skills to create green, bankable projects and sustainable business models.
This initiative is part of a broader national effort to empower local entrepreneurs, particularly youth and women, as they develop innovative, sustainable business practices. Aligned with Rwanda’s Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs), the program fosters an inclusive green economy, engaging emerging businesses in the country’s sustainable development goals.
