On 22 April 2024, Imanzi Business Institute together with GIZ Rwanda and the Rwanda Private Sector Federation launched a Training of Trainers on developing Green Bankable projects and Business Models.
The overall objective of the Training of Trainers is to set up a pool of qualified an certified experts who will deliver capacity building programs in various areas of climate finance and green business case development to private sector companies. Thereby, it aims to catalyze green business cases and scale up promising business models.
Participants of the ToT will learn how to train business operators (captains of industry) in understanding climate mitigation and adaptation interventions and business opportunities, as well as sources of climate finance and also showcasing opportunities to invest in sustainable, low-carbon projects.
