KARANGWA E. Steven is a Human Resources Management practitioner with over 10 years’ practical experience and exposure in Human Capital Management, Leadership, Administration and Business partnership in both Corporate and Public Sector. He has 3 years’ experience as an individual Consultant. He has a Master’s degree in Business Administration /Global Business and a Master’s degree in Science of Human Resources Management (HRM). He is also HRM Certified as ToT for Human Resources Management by PALAMA Public Administration Leadership & Management Academy of South Africa. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). He is currently heading the committee of Rwanda HR Professional Body/ RHRMO.
