By:

iHuzo project (PSF ICT Chamber) & Maurice Shyaka from ANDA BS Ltd

Introduction

In light of COVID-19, businesses ought to go digital to operate; i.e. sell their products, etc. In collaboration with iHuzo project from the Rwanda ICT Chamber, IBI trained businesses on different eCommerce platforms such as #WhatsappShop #Appmapa… to help them transition towards digitalization.

In addition to that, participants were able to learn different tools on how to analyze data from their social media platforms, pertaining to how they run their businesses online, and how they can process and use the data to make informed decisions.

Due to the high demand of such skills especially in the COVID era, the training will be occurring on a regular basis to meet the needs of business operators.
