Introduction

Consideration of the challenges caused by COVID-19 pandemic to women-owned businesses, there is need for business diversification and working on business recovery plans in order continue the path of entrepreneurship. Currently, a business without a business plan faces difficult in securing funding whether from investment partners or financial institutions, since the business is not indicating any direction and plan of survival and sustainability.

It is in this regard, IBI in partnership with the Chamber of Women Entrepreneurs, organized a training on development of a business plan.

The main objective of the training on business plan, was to improve the understanding of women entrepreneurs in terms of business plan development, as well as acquiring skills to sustain and acquire funds for their businesses; during and after COVID-19 pandemic.
